You’re expected to work at least 20 hours per week unless otherwise agreed with a client.
We will do our best to match you with a client whose schedule needs align with your availability. However, fewer clients desire night/weekend assistance.
Your weekly schedule may vary based on client needs, but we aim to keep it as consistent as possible.
You’ll be paid for the hours you work each week. If your client doesn’t provide your full assigned hours, MPG guarantees payment for your scheduled hours, up to a 5-hour shortfall. For example, if you’re assigned 20 hours but only receive 10, you’ll still be paid for 15. This guarantee does not apply to time missed due to illness, personal time off, or other employee-initiated absences.
You’ll share your availability with MPG so we can match you with a compatible client schedule.
